Varied sessions and training styles for maximum results.
Strength: Progressive programming to build a stronger, leaner physique. Using dumbbells/kettlebells/barbells, at home or in the gym, Helen will guide you through structured sessions, with a strong focus on technique and alignment. Whatever your fitness or aesthetic goals, Strength sessions are an important part of your routine.
Sculpt: Sculpt classes include Barre, Resistance Bands, and Functional Core workouts. All zero impact, these sessions help to improve posture, core stability, mobility and build endurance.
Shred: Shred sessions combine weights & HIIT intervals for a full body conditioning session. Expect a fast paced session, and a big calorie burn! Helen always offers zero impact alternatives, each class is for every level.
Sweat: Sweat sessions include Shadow Boxing, Bodyweight work, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Boost your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and have fun. Cardio does not have to be boring! Again, at HBT, there are options for every level.
